About the artist:

Mary Bauman has a passion for art and the holiday season. She is a self-taught artist, who resides in Wisconsin with her family, and enjoys making Santas out of her home. Mary creates Santas with great care and attention to detail. Each is a one-of-a-kind unique Santa, hand-tailored using new and vintage fabrics. All Santas heads and hands are hand-sculpted in Polymer Clay. She uses excellent quality glass eyes, finest English mohair or wool, with a sturdy wood and wire armature. All of her Santas are signed, dated & numbered. Because of the time involved in making these one-of-a-kind Santas, only a limited number are available at any one time. Also, if you wish to use any special item you may have, she could incorporate that into your sculpture.
